The most effective international internship or job search uses a variety of different search strategies - many are the same as a domestic search. However, we have listed a few trusted resources on this page to help focus your search. The ICC does not formally endorse these programs, so be sure to research the programs yourself to ensure they are right for you.
Internships
- UC Davis Study Abroad
Many summer and quarter-abroad internship options are available. - UCEAP Internships
University of California Education Abroad Program provides a wide range of internship opportunities and support. - Camp Adventure
Be a camp counselor to children of the U.S. military or U.S. embassy staff throughout Europe and Asia for 6-10 weeks. All majors are welcome!
Consider exploring U.S. companies and federal agencies that have positions abroad. Teaching English is a common option for working abroad. Always review work authorization guidelines before embarking on a job search in your desired country.
